Vnow（以下「本アプリ」）は、親しい数人のグループで撮影した素材を自動で短い Vlog にまとめ、メンバー間で共有して会話するためのアプリです。本ポリシーは、本アプリが取得する情報とその取り扱いについて説明します。

1. 取得する情報

アカウント情報: メールアドレス（メール認証、または Apple / Google サインイン経由）。認証・本人確認・アカウント管理に使用します。
ユーザーコンテンツ: あなたが撮影・投稿する動画・写真、コメント、メッセージ、グループ名、プロフィール名など。グループ内で共有するために保存します。
識別子: アカウントを識別するためのユーザー ID。

本アプリは、広告識別子（IDFA）の取得や、第三者による広告・分析を目的としたトラッキングを行いません。広告は表示しません。

2. 情報の利用目的

グループ内でのコンテンツの共有・閲覧・会話の提供
アカウントの作成・認証・管理
不適切なコンテンツ・迷惑行為への対応（通報・ブロックの処理）
不具合対応およびお問い合わせ対応

3. 保存先と第三者提供

コンテンツとアカウント情報は、暗号化された通信（HTTPS）を通じて、クラウドインフラ提供者である Supabase, Inc. のサーバーに保存されます。Supabase はデータの保管・配信のためにのみ利用します。本アプリは、利用者のデータを第三者に販売しません。Apple または Google のサインインを利用する場合、認証のために各社のサービスを経由します。

4. コンテンツの公開範囲

投稿したコンテンツは、あなたが参加するグループのメンバーにのみ表示されます。グループ外の利用者や匿名の第三者があなたのコンテンツを閲覧することはできません（サーバー側のアクセス制御により保護されます）。

5. 安全性とモデレーション

本アプリは不適切なコンテンツや迷惑行為を一切許容しません。ハラスメント、暴力的・性的に露骨な表現、差別、違法行為、他者の権利を侵害する投稿は禁止です。利用者は投稿やメッセージを長押しして「報告する」または「ブロックする」を選べます。報告は24時間以内に確認し、違反コンテンツの削除および違反した利用者のアカウント停止を行います。ブロックの管理はアプリ内のアカウント →「セーフティ」から行えます。

6. データの保持と削除

アカウントは、アプリ内のアカウント →「アカウントを削除」からいつでも削除できます。アカウントを削除すると、あなたの投稿・メッセージ・メディア・プロフィール等の関連データを削除します。

7. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは13歳未満の利用を想定していません。13歳未満の方は本アプリを利用しないでください。

Vnow ("the App") lets small groups of close friends automatically turn their footage into short Vlogs and share and talk about them together. This policy explains what information the App collects and how it is handled.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: your email address (via email authentication or Apple / Google Sign-In), used for authentication and account management.
User content: the videos and photos you capture and post, along with comments, messages, group names, and profile names, stored so they can be shared within your group.
Identifiers: a user ID used to identify your account.

The App does not collect the advertising identifier (IDFA) and does not track you for third-party advertising or analytics. The App shows no ads.

2. How We Use Information

To provide content sharing, viewing, and conversation within your groups.
To create, authenticate, and manage your account.
To handle objectionable content and abuse (processing reports and blocks).
To fix issues and respond to your inquiries.

3. Storage and Third Parties

Content and account information are stored over encrypted connections (HTTPS) on servers operated by our cloud infrastructure provider, Supabase, Inc., used solely to store and deliver your data. We do not sell your data to third parties. If you use Apple or Google Sign-In, authentication is handled through their respective services.

4. Who Can See Your Content

Content you post is visible only to members of the groups you belong to. Users outside your group and anonymous third parties cannot view your content (this is enforced by server-side access controls).

5. Safety and Moderation

The App has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Harassment, violent or sexually explicit content, discrimination, illegal activity, and content that infringes the rights of others are prohibited. You can long-press any post or message to "Report" or "Block." Reports are reviewed within 24 hours, after which violating content is removed and violating accounts are suspended. You can manage blocks in Account → "Safety" within the App.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Account → "Delete account" within the App. Deleting your account removes your associated data, including your posts, messages, media, and profile.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13.
